TBXH has evolved from the old Business Xchange Hub. We have been and still are the first workspace to lead the way by mixing all types of business together to create a real community. With a café, beauty and therapy rooms, hairdressers, a pod casting studio, offices, co-working and a whole floor dedicated to meetings and events, we have everything you need in one place. Our ground floor communal area is home to not only a pool table, but air hockey, table football, board games and books, a space to relax over a drink and get to know your co-workers.

Thank you very much to TBXH @ Sunley House for helping make the inaugural London & South East FSB Business Bootcamp - Spring into Success a fantastic success! It was an absolute joy working with the staff at TBXH who supported the event making sure it ran smoothly and the event feedback received by FSB is excellent, excellent, excellent with many delegates commenting on how easy it is to get to TBXH, the warm welcome, the wonderful event space, facilities and delicious lunch provided.
